What Kind of Communist Are You?

I've looked at a lot of these "what kind of socialist are you" quizzes, and frankly, I think a lot of them are junk. So here's my attempt to streamline and ask the real questions of a budding communist. There are a lot more flavors of communism/socialism/anti-capitalism than I've highlighted in this quiz. Please keep in mind this is not designed to ascribe a definite worldview to you, but rather, to point you to people you might be interested in reading.

1/10 Based on your current understanding, how would you describe the Soviet Union?

It was a socialist state that was in the process of developing communism. It was politically and economically more egalitarian than bourgeois countries.

After Lenin's death, it was a "degenerated worker's state:" a socialist state where the political and economic power of the workers was consolidated into a bureaucratic clique.

It was not a meaningful socialist society. It would be best to describe it as "state capitalism," as the hierarchies present in capitalism were simply transferred to the state.

It was a capitalist society, and the label of "state capitalism" is redundant given how capital functions.
